In May 2025, Hawk Designs completed a motorcycle trailer repair project in Cobourg, Ontario. The trailer was heavily worn and required structural welding repairs before any upgrades could be added.
This project combined trailer repair, custom welding, and fabrication to restore safety and improve usability for motorcycle transport.
Trailer Condition on Arrival
The trailer arrived in poor condition after years of use. Several areas showed visible damage, weakened joints, and overall wear that made it unreliable for hauling motorcycles.
